hi there im 20 years old and turning 21 on june and i was thinkinh of giving myself a gift by doing liposuction. im 78kilos and 163cm long and my biggest problem is my arm thats the only one i want to fix..and it says there it costs 17000 and i assume thats for both arms?and how about the check up and all that?does that include everything?and how can it be paid?kindly give me some informations please.
